There are no photographs on this site.
Every picture here (the gun fort cut through, the three fort shapes, two forts guarding a harbour, the angle bastion, the fort by the sea, the round fort from above, the logo, the favicon and the share image) is our own original, simplified drawing. They are not reconstructions or scale plans, and they are not traced or copied from any plan, map, scan, guidebook, museum image or photograph. Only the labelled parts come from the sourced facts in each caption.
